Wedding Video Terms and Conditions
  1. A And A Media Productions Limited will only include copyrighted audio, photographic or video material where the appropriate copyright licence can be obtained. Where a licence is not granted by the owner of the material, an alternative file will be substituted with the client's agreement prior to inclusion in the final production.
  2. A And A Media Productions Limited accepts returns on DVDs that are incompatible or otherwise unplayable on the customer’s DVD player, but only within the first seven days after it is received by the customer.
  3. A And A Media Productions Limited is not responsible for damages to DVDs, such as scratches, cracks, or spills, once DVDs are received by the client.
  4. A And A Media Productions Limited requires a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full cost of the wedding video package to reserve our services for the specified date. This cost is only refundable in the unlikely event that the final video production does not meet the standards expected by the client.
  5. Where the client is satisfied with the production, A And A Media Productions Limited would prefer that the full balance be paid within one week. 
  6. Since we will have put our blood sweat and tears into the final production, the "will not pay a penny" guarantee can only be honoured where the client has attended a viewing of the production at A And A Media Productions Limited premises, or at the client's home with a representative of A And A Media Productions Limited present.  We hope you understand!
  7. Where a viewing is not required, A And A Media Productions Limited will only post the final production to the client, upon a written or emailed aknowledgement from the client that our "will not pay a penny" guarantee does not apply.
  8. Where the client has viewed the final production in accordance with our guarantee, A And A Media Productions Limited guarantee that where the client is dissatisfied with the final production, the client shall not be liable for A And A Media Productions Limited costs. Under such circumstances, the copyright for the final video production will remain the property of A And A Media Productions Limited.  We will keep hold of the production for at least two years in case the client changes their mind and decide that they would like to take ownership.
